Project Overview: SMA has been providing early detection services for oil and gas leaks and emissions at various oil and gas sites for IEOC Production BV, representing ENI in Egypt. Our services focus on identifying leaks and emissions in real-time, utilizing advanced Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) equipment. These inspections are conducted annually across multiple sites, including the Zohr field, EL-Gamel, Abu Madi, Abu Redeis, and Agiba Western Desert. With our certified engineers and the latest technology, we ensure early detection of potential issues, contributing to the environmental safety and operational integrity of these sites.

SMA was contracted to carry out emission control surveys and gas leak detection across 14 different companies and their gas stations in the northern geographical region of Alexandria. This project, in collaboration with the Geographical Committee of Petroleum Companies, aimed at ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and minimizing the impact of emissions from oil and gas operations. Our certified engineers utilized advanced leak detection methods to provide accurate and timely results.

In this project, SMA was tasked with conducting emission control and leak detection surveys across 8 oil and gas companies operating in the Mustorod district area of Cairo. As part of our partnership with the Geographical Committee of Petroleum Companies in Cairo, we utilized Optical Gas Imaging and other advanced leak detection methods to assess emissions and leaks, ensuring the safety and compliance of operations in this critical region.
